From registration to your report: see how sending raw EEG data and receiving the result works on QeegGuide.
The steps
Register
Create an account with your email and confirm it with the code we send you.
Credit or package
In your wallet choose a package or credit and submit the payment receipt using one of the payment methods available in your region.
Send raw data
Enter the patient details and upload two EEG files, one recorded with eyes open and one with eyes closed, in EDF or TXT format.
Get your report
When the analysis is complete you receive an email and can download the clinician report and the patient report from your account.
What do you need?
For each request you need two raw EEG data files:
- Eyes open and eyes closed recordings, each in EDF or TXT format.
- Each file can be up to 20 MB.
- Patient details: name, mobile number, gender, dominant hand, date of birth, initial diagnosis and current medications.

How is your data kept?
Raw data files and reports are stored encrypted and can only be downloaded through your account. A finished report is available under “My requests”, and we email you when it is ready.
