Frequently Asked Questions

Brain mapping, or qEEG, is a method for the quantitative analysis of the brain's electrical activity. In this process, the EEG signal is analyzed to examine features such as brainwave power, connectivity between different brain regions, and other neurological indicators, thereby providing a more precise picture of brain function.
The EEG file must be submitted in the standard EDF format, with accurate channel and electrode information. To ensure more accurate results, it is recommended that the recording be as free of artifacts as possible and acquired using an appropriate reference.
Once the file is successfully uploaded, data processing and analysis begin automatically. The time required to generate the report depends on the file size and quality as well as the selected analysis type; however, we strive to provide you with the results as quickly as possible.
